Inspired by old-fashioned rural journals, but written for the way we live now. The Cottage Diaries builds throughout the year. Each month opens with a Field Notes letter - a letter from the countryside, written the way you'd write to a friend. Not a list of what's in season, but what I've actually noticed this month: what's in the hedgerows, the small ordinary and extraordinary things each month brings, and anything else that grounds us to nature and to living amongst it. Original illustrations and small, handmade offerings give you a rest from screens and a way back to a simpler way of living.

There's no right time to start - just join in, and let the collection grow from wherever you begin. However near or far from the countryside you are, your heart can still be rooted in it.
