Refunds and Returns

How Returns Work

Every piece from Cottage Art & Design is either printed on demand or created in small batches. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been printed, made and dispatched.

Before you check out, please do take a moment to double-check your delivery address and the details of your order - this helps make sure everything arrives exactly where it should.

About Refunds

As a small, made-to-order business, we're not able to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Payments for The Cottage Diaries subscription after the cut-off date. The Cottage Diaries is a rolling subscription, so once a payment has gone through, it can't be refunded. If you'd like to stop future payments, simply cancel ahead of your next renewal date and no further charges will be taken.

• Items that have been especially printed for that order

• Orders that have already been shipped

If Something's Not Right

Occasionally things do go wrong in transit, and if that happens, we want to put it right. If your order arrives damaged, or you've been sent the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of it landing on your doorstep, along with a few photos showing the issue.

We'll take a look and arrange a replacement wherever it's possible to do so.
