How Long Things Take

One-off purchases, made outside of The Cottage Diaries, are packed and posted within 3-7 business days of your order being placed. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way, however, there is no tracking for 'The Cottage Diaries' subscription.

The Cottage Diaries Subscription

The Cottage Diaries is sent out as a monthly batch, rather than the moment you subscribe. Each edition goes out together, in its own dedicated shipping window that month.

The shipping window for each issue is within 7 working days of the cut-off date (25th of each month), and can shift very slightly month to month depending on production.

As an example: the September edition - featuring that month's designs - is posted within 7 working days following the 25th of the previous month, rather than as soon as you sign up. Your subscription follows the monthly schedule, not an instant dispatch.

How Long Delivery Takes

Delivery times vary depending on where your parcel is headed and how the local postal service is running. UK orders typically arrive within standard Royal Mail timeframes, while EU and international orders may take a little longer to reach you once dispatched.

Getting Your Address Right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address given at the time of ordering.
